Your very own holiday bungalow in one of the most beautiful parts of Wales – The Gower Peninsula.

Situation

This well equipped holiday accommodation is only two minutes from the famous Mumbles Pier.

In a quiet cul de sac, the bungalow offers the perfect holiday destination. Surrounded by beautiful bays and stunning countryside, the opportunities for exploration are endless. Visit the smugglers haunt at Brandy Cove or loll about on the golden sands of Caswell Bay. It must be good; Catherine Zeta Jones has built her house only a few minutes away!

A ten-minute walk will take you to the Mumbles with its long stretch of restaurants, bars and cafes. Take a break in Verdi’s famous Italian restaurant and watch the yachts of the Mumbles sailing club skimming the waves.

Less than 2 miles away is the ancient town of Oystermouth, with its imposing Norman Castle perched overlooking the bay. When visiting the castle don’t be surprised if you find you are not alone, the ghost of the White Lady has often been seen wandering the grounds.

The University City of Swansea is a mere 6 miles away with its many shops, cinemas and restaurants.

Amenities

The bungalow is well equipped with a kitchen dining area, a lounge area, two bedrooms and a bathroom complete with shower. Colour TV, Video, DVD player and stereo are provided. Sleeping accommodation is provided by a double, a single and a fold away bed. The owners have recently built a conservatory onto the bungalow so now you can enjoy your evening drinks and watch the sun go down. There is also a small garden and patio.

To ensure a high standard of cleanliness it is policy not to accept pets or smoking in the bungalow. Clean bed linen is provided although you are asked to bring your own towels.

Getting There.

This could not be easier. Swansea has a major train station, and a local taxi firm offers special rates. Please let us know what time you will be arriving and we will arrange a car to meet you. If you intend to drive we will send you full directions.

Cost

The cost of this holiday let varies with the time of year, but if we tell you that it is only £300 per week in high season, you will appreciate what wonderful value this represents.
